At Movex USA, we’re part of a global manufacturing group (Movex SpA, based in Italy) that designs and produces high-quality modular conveyor belts and components used in industries ranging from food processing to logistics. Our products keep production lines moving efficiently—and our team is just as important as the equipment we build.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers—helping them get the information, support, and solutions they need to keep their operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and our global team, gaining hands-on knowledge of our products and industry along the way.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency
- Provide clear, accurate information about Movex products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (customer service or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfort with basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is helpful, but not required

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

The molding department serves as the heart of our production facility, where we manufacture all our modular belts and plastic chains. Equipped with over 40 machines ranging from 90 to 500 tons, we are capable of molding more than 130 different series of modular belts and plastic chains, tailored to meet a wide array of application needs.
